Steve Youngblood serves the Church Fountation's Translocal  Team along with his wife Sheryl. They have been married for over 34 years and have spent their lives leading and planting churches. They love equiping and training leaders. Steve is the founder and president of Church Foundations and travels extensively. Their cabin on Spring Lake (near Kirksville Mo) is nestled in the woods on the shores of a beautiful secluded lake. More often than not, you will find ministry leaders staying in their guest quarters for times of consultation, prayer and rest 

Ken Petersen pastors a growing congregation in Burlington, Iowa. He and His wife Dianne live in a beautiful old victorian home which they are restoring room by room. It is often filled with pastors and leaders who come to visit the church in Burlington. They have three adult children and one grandchild. Ken is an avid sportsman and loves fishing, hunting, and all kinds of athletic sports. Dianne is the director of a busy corporate child care center and is very involved in the local church. They have ministerd through out the state of Iowa for over 20 years, the last nine of which have been in Burlington.     

David Selmon has an amazing life story. Raised in Memphis Tennessee he testifies of the faithfulness of a Heavenly Father who never gives up on His prodigal sons. Dave is married to Margaret and they are some of the most compassionate and grace filled people you will ever meet. He and Margaret have a large family with lots of grandchildren, God has called Dave Selmon to go from the Church house, to the Prison house, to the State house. He is a powerfull evangelistic preacher with a message of hope to the hopeless.

Elena Kroeger lives in Quincy IL. with her husband Laird. Elena is a prophetic woman who is in demand as a speaker and counselor. Leaders travel from far away places just to sit in Laird and Elenas living room for counsel and wisdom. Elena is the ministry director of "People Builders" a ministry she has been doing for over 20 years. .    Laird is a steady and wise man who keeps all of us balanced. His practical wisdom combined with a giant heart of mercy makes him a man we trust. Laird does not do much pulpit ministry, but he ministers all the time. His great love these day is his great grandson Ethan.

Rick Sink pastors a growing church in Lebanon Tennesse named Covenant Life Church. He and his wife Genese are seasoned leaders who have been in ministry for over 30 years. As grandparents and pastors they are committed to leaving a multigenerational legacy. Rick preaches and teaches in a sincere and heart felt manner. His practical approach to life in the Spirit has strengthened and blessed many. Genese is the director of the Covenant Life Church Childcare Center and School. She is a terrific administrator and has had a succesfull career in the coporate world. Rick is a builder both spiritual and naturally... we lean on his wisdom and steadfastness.
