Round-tables gather a variety of groups together to create kind of a think-tank. During these times of disscussions each person is asked to particitpate with thoughts, theorys, opinions, and ideas, that will help us all. We also set aside plenty of time for fellowship one on one, and in small groups. These are some of the most profitable meetings I personally have been in. My appreciation for my colleages always increases when I hear their wisdom and insight. Ideas are exchanged, wisdom is revealed, everyone is heard, and leaders are inspired, equipped, and edified.
